DELIVERY:
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store or ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.
Please check your products upon delivery and unload carefully, as you are responsible for any damages that may occur.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
RETURNS:
You may return the products at your discretion.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless management specifies otherwise. To receive credit, returned items must be in resalable condition and include original packaging. Returns must be completed within 15 days and delivered to our office.
NOTE:
We recommend to take any photos of the items before placing them in your carriers hands to be sure you have photos, documenting the condition they are in prior to shipment.
This is incase they get damaged in shipment, you can take the photos and give them over to your shipper and file a damage claim.
