Please inspect your order upon delivery. Customers are responsible for unloading their items safely. Velvet Interior and Designs is not liable for any damage that occurs during the unloading process.

RETURN POLICY

14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

* Be free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of wear.
* Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
* Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for items that:

* Are damaged, scratched, stained, or otherwise altered after purchase.
* Are missing original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, or tags.
* Are custom-made, special-order, clearance, or final sale items.
